Living on the ‘Island’
Many of us refer to living in the Miles Grant Community as being on an island. All of the communities of Miles Grant, with the exception of Country Club Cove, are contained within Miles Grant Road, a perimeter road that encapsulates the real estate and communities of Miles Grant.
Our community also has water access to the St. Lucie Inlet where kayaks and small canoes can be launched. Or just take a stroll on the pier and watch the boats go by. At the end of Cove Road you’ll find a small beach with picnic tables where many of the local neighbors come to relax.
The Communities
The communities of Miles Grant are comprised of five distinct real estate sections and the homes in Country Club Cove. Each section operates independently with its own Board of Directors and management style, and thus has individual maintenance fees. Although the single family units within the community have no age restriction, Miles Grant operates mostly as a community of persons who have retired or are reaching retirement age. Residents of the condominiums are required to be 55 years of age or older. Ownership in all sections, with the exception of Fairway Villas, and the residents of Country Club Cove requires social membership in the Miles Grant Country Club.
In addition to the communities discussed above, membership in the Miles Grant Country Club is extended to nearby residents of Hanson’s Landing and River Pines.
